Award-winning chef and TV personality, Mark trained in Europe’s Michelin-starred kitchens and has led top restaurants across NZ, including The Foodstore.
Now at Parklands, Pukekohe Golf Club, we are excited for him to bring his skills and passion for fresh, local produce to create exceptional dining experiences.

Lauren is an accomplished café owner, chef, and food & beverage manager.
She has experience running successful cafés in NZ and Australia, plus expertise in catering, bar management, mixology, barista skills and brings creativity and excellence to every dish and drink. Lauren is a proud mother of two boys and wife to Alton.

With 10+ years in hospitality, Donovan is passionate about food sustainability and creating memorable dining experiences.
Former Kitchen Operations Manager at Everybody Eats, he’s led kitchens across NZ and Australia, combining creativity with purpose.
