Now at Parklands, Pukekohe Golf Club, we are excited for him to bring his skills and passion for fresh, local produce to create exceptional dining experiences.

Food and Beverage Manager
Lauren is an accomplished café owner, chef, and food & beverage manager.
She has experience running successful cafés in NZ and Australia, plus expertise in catering, bar management, mixology, barista skills and brings creativity and excellence to every dish and drink. Lauren is a proud mother of two boys and wife to Alton.
